Shari's Introduces Sweet NEW Desserts

"Our new desserts are a great addition to Shari's legendary line of pies," said Kevin Bechtel, Shari's Senior Vice President of Menu Development. "Whether you prefer chocolate, citrus, cheesecake, fruit or ice cream, we have a dessert for you!"

Shari's new dessert menu includes the following items:

• Chocolate Lava Cake – Rich chocolate cake erupting with double chocolate, served with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream.
• Cheesecake Sampler – Four creamy cheesecake squares, with Strawberry, Burst-o-Berry and Apple toppings.
• Turtle Sundae – A decadent turtle brownie covered with ice cream, chocolate and caramel.
• Hot Apple Pie Sundae – Shari's classic apple pie topped with ice cream, whipped cream and caramel sauce.

"Our guest response has been enthusiastic to the new dessert offerings," according to David Archer, Shari's Vice President of Marketing. "Early results have shown a 16% increase in our dessert sales, plus our servers love these desserts because of the ease of preparation."

Also featured as the perfect complement to dessert is Shari's Arösta coffee. This premium roast is offered in a choice of blends – Barista Bold, Traditional Roast or Traditional Decaf. All desserts are available 24 hours a day at every Shari's location.
