Shari's Peanut Butter Ingredient Update

(Beaverton, Oregon - 1/20/09) - Shari’s chain of 101 family dining restaurants does NOT serve any products affected by the recent salmonella outbreak involving peanut butter manufactured by Peanut Corporation of America (PCA). Neither we nor our suppliers purchase peanut butter or paste from PCA for any of our products.

Shari’s highest priority is the safety of our guests. We actively monitor developments regarding recalls and food safety, working with industry representatives and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
