What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

A.  Pick up a new card at any Shari’s location. Your card must be registered to transfer all existing points and rewards to a new card.  To add your new card to your account, login to your account here  www.sharis.com/cafe-club/members . Click on “Manage Cards.” First you’ll need to “attach” your new card to your account then use the “combine” feature to combine the new card to your account. Once you’ve attached and combined your new card to your account, make sure to “disable” your old card so it’s no longer active.  If you have any issues and need help combining your card, email cafeclub@54.187.183.174.
