Q: How do I sign up for Shari’s Cafe Club?
A: There is no cost to join, just visit any Shari’s location to receive a Cafe Club card and register it online at www.Sharis.com or through our mobile app found in the iPhone or Android app store.
You can also enroll for our Cafe Club card by completing the registration form at www.Sharis.com or through our mobile app. You’ll be given a temporary membership number you’ll need to bring to any Shari’s location and a member of our team will be happy to activate a plastic card for you.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: For every dollar you spend, you will automatically receive 1 point when paying your bill. Please present your card or number generated when you check-in at the restaurant through the mobile app when paying. Alcohol, tax, gratuity, purchase of gift cards, lottery and any other promotional discounts are excluded from earning points.
Q: How do I earn rewards?
A: For every 100 points you earn, $5 Shari’s reward dollars will be loaded to your card. Rewards can’t be used for alcohol, tax, gratuity, purchase of gift cards or lottery. If you reach 100 points on your current visit, you’ll need to wait until your next visit to use your reward. Your rewards won’t expire as long as your card is used within a 12 month period. Every so often we may surprise you with spontaneous rewards just for dining with us!
Q: I CAN’T LOG IN- HELP!
A: If you’re trying to log in and get an error message that says “Authentication Failed” please check the account numbers you’re entering. This error appears when an invalid account number is entered.
If you’re an Honored Citizen Member trying to register your new card and it says “Email and phone number already in use” you’ve already registered your old Honored Card and don’t have to register your new card again. Q: I’M AN HONORED CITIZEN WITH MUTIPLE CARDS, HOW DO I LINK THEM TO MY NEW CAFE CLUB CARD?
A: Contact email@example.com and include your new card number along with all the card numbers you need combined.
Q: How do I register my card and why do I need to?
A: You can register your card at www.Sharis.com or by downloading the Shari’s app for Apple or Android in the app store. You must provide an email address to participate and register your card.
By registering your card you’ll be able to track and manage your points and rewards online. Should you lose your card, we’ll also be able to transfer your points and rewards to a new card. We will also send you exclusive promotions just for Cafe Club members.
Q: Do I have to carry my card with me to earn points?
A: Once your card is registered, you can check-in through our mobile app. Once you’ve checked-in, a number will be generated that you can give to your cashier when paying your bill. Your account can also be issued points by providing your telephone number to your cashier when paying. Your card must be registered to receive points without your card.
Q: What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
A: During your next Shari’s visit you can get a replacement card. If you’ve registered the card, all points and rewards will be transferred to your new card with a new account number. If you plan to use the mobile app instead of carrying a card, you’ll still want to have all your points and rewards moved to a new card with a new account number to ensure your points are rewards are safe should someone try to use your lost or stolen card.
Q: How does the birthday reward work?
A: We want to celebrate with you! At the beginning of your birthday month, your card will be loaded with a complimentary slice of birthday pie. You’ll have the entire month of your birthday to use it before it expires. We’ll also send you an email letting you know your birthday reward has been loaded to your card.
If you are a new member registering your card during your birthday month, your complimentary slice of birthday pie will be loaded the following month and available during that entire month for you to use.
Q: Do my points or rewards expire?
A: As long as you’ve visited us within the last 12 months and received points for a visit, your points won’t expire. Inactive accounts that haven’t been used within a 12 month period will be subject to point expiration.
Q: How can I check my point balance and update my account information?
A: Log into your account at www.Sharis.com or by downloading the Shari’s app for Apple or Android in the app store. Here you can view all your point transactions, rewards and update your personal information.
Q: How does the app work?
A: Download the free app through the Apple or Android store to track your points, rewards, find a location and view our seasonal menu. If you’d prefer to not carry a card, use the app to earn points. Simply check-in on the app when you visit a Shari’s, get numeric code, and give that code to your cashier when paying. It’s that easy!
Q: Who do I contact if I’m having problems with my account?
A: If you’re having issues with your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All inquiries will be responded to in the order received.
Q: What happens if I unsubscribe to Cafe Club emails?
A: We encourage you to stay connected to us! Unsubscribing from Shari's Cafe Club emails will result in loss of future Surprise and Delight rewards and Birthday Slice of Pie. Members may opt back in at any time by logging in and editing account information to restore Surprise and Delight and Birthday Rewards.
Q: What other perks will I receive for being a member of Shari’s Cafe Club?
A: As a member of our Cafe Club you’ll receive invitations to participate in double point promotions (earn rewards faster!), a slice of pie for your birthday, exclusive promotional offers only for Cafe Club members, spontaneous rewards just for dining with us and more!
Q: Who can join the Cafe Club?
A: Anyone can join who is 18 years of age or older and is a United States resident.
